It's been one of our favorite discoveries since moving to Austin, with beautiful lake views and a laid-back atmosphere. Grab a table by the water and stay awhile.

Barton Springs Pool

A spring-fed swimming pool in the middle of the city. If it's warm enough, do it.
Lady Bird Lake Trail
Multiple access points throughout the city.
Our favorite way to get some steps in. It's 10 miles if you do the full loop!

Shopping, coffee, people watching, and plenty of opportunities to spend money.
East 11th Street Shopping
East 11th Street
These are our neighborhood shops and one of our favorite areas to wander, with a great mix of new and vintage. After grabbing a coffee at Radio, Jaclyn often pops into Kindred Spirits, Lovecraft, Take Heart, Charm School Vintage, Pecos Jane Vintage, Apartment F, and Hedonist Vintage.
